Step Acne Routine

​Morning: The Two Step Face Wash. End with your usual toner and moisturiser.

Night: The Two Step Face Wash. End with your usual toner and moisturiser.
​
Twice a week: The Two Step Face Wash in the morning followed by Cinnamon Do Face Scrub and then Honey & Co Face Mask.​
TO MAKE 1 TWO STEP FACE WASH
​
1 tsp (5ml) Chickpea Flour
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Almond Oil
​
HOW TO USE ME
​
Step 1
-
Massage dry face with oil for 1 minute
Step 2
-
Mix chickpea flour with water in the palm of your hand forming a paste.
-
Rub hands together and apply in gentle circular motions.
-
Rinse off with warm water. Use in the shower if pressed for time.
-
End with your usual toner and moisturiser.

TO MAKE 1 CINNAMON DO FACE SCRUB

1 tsp (5ml) Oat Bran
1 tsp (5ml) Almond flour
1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Almond Oil & Cinnamon

HOW TO USE ME
​

Mix ingredients in the quantities shown to form a paste.

Apply to damp cleansed face and neck in gentle circular motions.
-
Rinse off with warm water. Use in the shower if pressed for time.
-
End with your usual toner and moisturiser.

TO MAKE 1 HONEY & CO FACE MASK

3 tsp (15ml) Lupin Flour
2 tsp (10ml) Honey
1 tsp (5ml) Rose Water

HOW TO USE ME
​

Mix ingredients in the quantities shown to form a paste.

Apply to dry cleansed face and neck.

Leave for 10 minutes or longer for better results.

Relax with some herbal tea while you wait.
-
Rinse off with cool water.

End with your usual toner and moisturiser.
